The growth of Ice Cream
Indoor: Growing this beauty took some time. The result is a plant that is perfectly suited to indoor cultivation thanks to its fast, healthy growth (with a flowering time of 8 - 9 weeks) and low tendency to stretch.
Outdoor: Ice Cream may not prove to be a particularly high yielder here, but is nevertheless popular with growers who are after its indica strength.
It even performs satisfactorily in more northern regions of the world. However, it feels most at home in the south - where plenty of sunshine elicits optimum performance from its resinous buds.
The Ice Cream plant has copious amounts of trichomes under the cap, which are very densely packed, their glandular heads are arranged in tight rows like regiments and glisten in a resinous glow.
This appearance contributed to the name of this Variety (as well as its vanilla flavour), and all those trichomes lead to incredibly oily buds that are also dense and fat. This Variety produces three phenotypes.
