New to our program is the Godfather OG, the holy grail of the OG - Kush varieties. It is a cross between Alpha OG and XXX-OG. It took our boys in America 2 years to get an original clone of this extremely strong OG-Kush strain. We are pleased to be able to offer the Godfather OG in the feminized form.
The growth of Godfather OG
Typical of a Kush variety, Godfather OG produces dense buds with a thick crust of trichomes and sometimes purple reflections on the pistils. The coloring usually only starts when there are temperature fluctuations.
It is very easy to grow and does not need any fertilizer during the growth phase. The flowering time indoors is approx. 8 - 9 weeks and the yield is 400 - 450 grams per square meter.
If you're growing the Godfather OG outdoors, the plants will likely be ready to harvest in late September or early October. The outdoor yield is 600-700 grams per plant.
The effect of the Godfather OG
The Godfather OG variety is currently one of the strongest varieties available on the market. The average THC content is 29%. However, specimens with 34% THC have also been measured. This is a level well beyond what novice smokers should consider. In fact, it's probably too potent for those with an average tolerance to THC.
Furthermore, the Godfather OG contains very little CBD to mitigate the high THC content. The average CBD content is 0.5 percent.
