Gelato #45 is another colorful hybrid out of Barneys Farm. This indica-dominant hybrid combines huge yields, great flavor, and high THC levels.
It was created from two well-known varieties. The first is the Sunset Sherbet (Girl Scout Cookies x Pink Panties). The second parent is the world famous Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies (Durban Poison F1 x OG Kush). Both varieties are awesome in their own right. With Gelato #45, Barneys Farm has perfectly combined both varieties.
Growth of Gelato #45
It is a bushy and very productive strain. Most notable is the huge and fat central main bud. She grows up in rich shades of green, but at the end of the flowering period she can turn into a colorful monster, covered all over with purple leaves and flowers.
Cultivated indoors, she will grow up to 120 centimeters tall, making her perfect for smaller grow tents. Grown under the right conditions, you can expect yields of 650-700 grams per square meter. Flowering time is 9 - 10 weeks indoors.
Grown outdoors in the wild, she can reach 200-250 centimeters in perfect conditions. The yield is very high with up to 2000 grams per plant. Harvest time for Gelato #45 occurs in the 1st-2nd week of October.

The effect is typical of an indica-dominant hybrid. It has a mood-enhancing effect and gives a boost full of euphoria at the beginning. After a short time, a relaxing and calming effect sets in, making the sofa your best friend. A variety for the afternoon or evening.
