Dutch Passion are proud to present the first CBG-rich feminized cannabis seeds: CBG-Force.
CBG is important because it is the "mother" cannabinoid from which other cannabinoids are synthesized and derived. Normally, little CBG remains after harvesting. Most of it has already been converted into other cannabinoids.
Much attention has been paid to the role of CBG as a starting point for other cannabinoids. This is one of the reasons why Dutch Passion wanted to bring their first CBG-rich feminized cannabis seeds to the market.
CBG is not psychoactive, but has a mildly stimulating effect on the mind.
On a scale of 0 to 100, where CBD is zero and THC is one hundred, CBG has been rated 10-20 by both medical and recreational users. It is not nearly as strong as THC, but has a more noticeable effect than CBD.
The growth of CBG-Force
It is easy to grow. If you want a very wide, bushy plant, you can top it (several times) during the vegetative phase. You can also grow it in a SCROG or manipulate it with the "main-line" technique, for example, and let it grow with a completely different structure.
CBG-Force has an average flowering time of 7 to 9 weeks. Most phenotypes are ready to harvest around 7-8 weeks after switching to 12/12 light conditions (12 hours of indoor light followed by 12 hours of darkness per day).
Outdoors, this strain will flower as the days get shorter. It is a strain that was originally developed for indoor cultivation, but can also be successfully grown outdoors under favorable conditions. Especially if you choose the fastest phenotypes for outdoor growing.
The effect of CBG-Force
CBG is not psychoactive. This means it won't get you as high as THC. However, it is unclear how CBG interacts with other cannabinoids.
In other words, it is not yet certain whether CBG can enhance the effects of other cannabinoids or terpenes, which is known as the entourage effect. The "high" of CBG-Force can therefore not be described as a real high, but rather a subtle feeling.
Several users experience a sense of well-being that allows you to relax and unwind. It is a kind of "down to earth feeling" with mild physical effects. After inhaling CBG, you don't feel the intoxicating effects like an active, mentally uplifting high that you might experience from THC-rich cannabis, but rather a relaxed physical high.
Some medical users report feeling a strong sense of mental clarity after smoking CBG, a feeling comparable to the effects of CBD-rich cannabis strains with the same extremely low THC content. An unexpected but positive effect observed by our own test smokers was that cravings for tobacco and THC-rich cannabis disappeared after smoking the CBG-rich cannabis.
Smell and taste of CBG-Force
The aroma is fruity with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, but can also be slightly creamy and spicy (pine). CBG-Force has a subtle aroma with fresh, slightly fruity and spicy notes. It tickles the nose a little, but does not smell particularly pungent.
The taste can range from citrusy notes of lemon and grapefruit to a spicy and woody taste of pine.
