Amnesia Haze feminised is our Seeds66 interpretation of a Haze line that has set the standard for clear, driving head effects. For this version we focused on plants that keep the bright, recognisable Amnesia feeling while behaving more predictably in modern growrooms. Across our own runs it became clear: when light, airflow and feeding follow a calm, repeatable rhythm, this line produces plants that look and perform very similar from cycle to cycle.

Origin & Seeds66 selection
The backbone of this line lies in classic Haze structures with a strong South-East Asian influence. Many of the older Amnesia expressions were brilliant in terms of head effect but demanding in practice: long gaps between nodes, thin side branches and a tendency to react sharply to small changes in climate or feeding. That is exactly where our work on this selection started.
In our test rounds in California we paid close attention to plants that combined a clearly defined main stem with a denser leaf pattern and a more even branch layout, while still pushing the familiar lime and grapefruit notes. Those phenotypes feel unmistakably like Haze, but they form a frame that can be guided with a simple net, light training and a structured watering routine. Only once this behaviour showed up reliably over several runs did Amnesia Haze feminised earn its place as a Seeds66 line.
Growth & cultivation
Amnesia Haze feminised grows medium to tall and shows a noticeable stretch in the early flowering stage. A light trim during veg and a modest support net are usually enough to spread the shoots across the footprint instead of letting them race straight up. Under strong light she develops bright green tops with a high calyx ratio that quickly cover in fine resin.
She is at her best wherever the canopy can move and breathe: this strain shines in setups where light reaches into the middle branches and air does not get trapped in the centre of the plant. Thinning a handful of large fan leaves around week three or four of flower often leads to more even ripening, because the lower sites stay connected to light and airflow instead of disappearing under a solid lid of foliage.
Indoors, yields of up to 650 g/m2 are realistic in well tuned rooms. What matters most is not a high nutrient level on paper but a stable routine: moderate EC values, no abrupt jumps and a watering schedule that fits the pot size. Outdoors she can reach up to 1200 g per plant when root volume, drainage and air movement around the plants are dialled in and the season allows her to mature fully.
Seeds66 tip:
With Amnesia Haze feminised it usually pays to give the light a slight priority over the bottle. Many runs show that she responds more calmly to strong, clean illumination with steady values than to pushing nutrients to the limit. As long as the leaves stay full green and only the very top layer turns a touch lighter, you are close to her sweet spot.
Aroma & terpenes
Once the buds are broken up in the grinder, a clear citrus profile comes forward: lime and grapefruit in the lead, backed by herbal notes and a gentle floral edge. After a proper cure a dry, tea-like component often appears that keeps the bouquet feeling light instead of heavy or sugary.
The dominant terpenes here are limonene, pinene and caryophyllene. In more intense LED setups the herbal and pine side tends to step up a little, while softer light often highlights the floral sweetness instead. Myrcene and smaller companions sit in the background and add body without turning the aroma into a thick wall.
Effect
The effect of Amnesia Haze feminised is clearly head-focused: fast onset, lifted mood and a more alert, tuned-in feeling. Many growers reach for this line when they want to stay engaged with music, conversation or creative work rather than slow everything down. It sharpens perception instead of blurring it, as long as the dose is chosen with a bit of care.
At 21 to 25 % THC she sits firmly in the stronger range of the Seeds66 collection, but the way she moves feels linear and transparent. There is a light physical base under the head high that keeps the experience balanced and prevents it from tilting into a nervous edge when things are set up properly.
Seeds66 approach
For Seeds66, Amnesia Haze feminised is one of those strains that show how honest a selection really is. She does not hide fluctuations in climate or feeding, she reflects them – and that makes her a useful reference for us. We keep lines long term only when they can repeat their structure, resin build and general behaviour under different conditions.
We would rather stand behind a focused set of strains that prove themselves in real rooms than promote a long list of names that only look convincing in text.

Frequently asked questions about Amnesia Haze feminised
1. How long does Amnesia Haze feminised really take to flower?
Indoors, most runs finish between 60 and 65 days of flowering. The strongest stretch usually happens during the first two to three weeks after the switch to 12/12. Giving her a few extra days at the end to let the trichomes fully mature pays off in terms of aroma depth and clarity of the head effect.
2. How tall does Amnesia Haze feminised get indoors?
In many tents she finishes somewhere in the 90 to 140 cm range without training. With topping, LST or a simple net you can spread the frame and keep the height more compact. The important part is to plan for the stretch early instead of waiting until the tops are already close to the light.
3. Is Amnesia Haze feminised suitable for beginners?
She is better suited to growers who already have a basic feel for climate, watering and nutrient strength. Once you have one or two successful runs behind you, her behaviour is easier to read. Absolute beginners tend to have a smoother start with lines that tolerate fluctuations a little more easily.
4. How strong is the smell while growing?
From mid-flower onwards the scent becomes very noticeable: citrus, herbs and a light sweetness sit clearly in the room. A properly sized carbon filter is strongly recommended for indoor use. Outside, wind and site layout play a big role, but compared to many other strains she clearly sits on the stronger side of the scent scale.
5. What sets the Seeds66 version apart from other Amnesia Haze lines?
Our focus is on keeping the head profile and aroma that people associate with Amnesia while making the growth pattern more predictable. We select for plants that are close to each other in structure, resin build and yield and that repeat this over several cycles. Less lottery, more repeatable behaviour.
6. What kind of situations is Amnesia Haze feminised best suited for?
This line comes into its own when the mind is meant to stay active: listening to music in detail, long conversations, creative work or evenings where attention and energy are welcome. Growers who mainly want very late-night, heavy body scenarios usually feel more at home with strains that lean further towards indica.
