Rainbow Gas is a limited feminized hybrid strain from Silent Seeds. The genetics are based on RS-11 x Animal Face Mints and aim for modern US terpenes, lots of resin and dense flowers.
The line was created through several selection steps. Silent Seeds first worked with Animal Bx1 and Face Mints from the Seedjunky Genetics environment. From this base, an Animal Face Mints elite clone was built after a broad selection and later combined with RS-11. The result is a polyhybrid line with a modern dessert direction.
Rainbow Gas was developed as an exclusive Limited Edition.
The growth of Rainbow Gas
Rainbow Gas grows vigorously and with slightly larger node spacing. This lets light and air reach all parts of the plant well. In the grow, the line shows good homogeneity. The differences between the phenotypes remain manageable, which is not a given with modern US hybrids.
The flowers become compact and resinous. The strain handles training techniques such as LST, SCROG or SOG well.
The yield is generous. Indoors, 550 to 600 g/m² are possible, outdoors around 1500 to 1800 g per plant. Towards the end of flowering, cooler nights can intensify the colouring of the leaves and flowers.
The effect of Rainbow Gas
Rainbow Gas starts with a clear high. Later, the effect turns into a pleasant body stone. We think this strain is more for the evening than for daytime.

Rainbow Gas is a classic dessert line. The profile is sweet, with candy notes, floral accents and a creamy undertone. This direction should appeal to many connoisseurs, especially in extracts.
In smoke, the profile stays full and dense. Sweet candy notes meet fine floral nuances with a creamy base. This exact mix makes Rainbow Gas very layered in flavour.
