HashTonic is a version of CBD #1 with a more Afghani influence from ErdPurt. It has denser flowers, an earlier flowering onset and faster, more consistent ripening times than the original CBD #1, as well as being more cold hardy so it can be grown in more northern latitudes, even near 50ºN.
As a good direct cross of ErdPurt, it is the classic earthy, piney and hashy terpene profile of this variety that consistently dominates in HashTonic, unlike CBD #1 where skunky, diesel, musky and sweet mandarin flavours are more common.
Another important difference with CBD #1 is that CBD #1 has a single stable chemotype with a very high CBD content and almost no THC, whereas HashTonic produces two equally abundant chemotypes at the population level: The first (like CBD #1) produces plants with only CBD and almost no THC, while the second HashTonic chemotype produces plants with a balanced THC and CBD content.

The growth of HashTonic
It has the classic Afghani structure, small in size and very ErdPurt dominant: strong, robust and compact, with large hash plant leaves, huge stems and hardly any stretching in flowering. It mainly puts everything into a columnar development, with virtually no lateral branching.
Excellent CBD-rich variety for cold and northern climates up to 50º latitude, surviving several days of frost and strong winds. It can also be grown indoors very easily and in small spaces.
To obtain the best results in terms of yield, it is recommended to give the plants a long vegetative growth phase (at least 6 weeks) before flowering.
Moderate fertilisation is recommended throughout the cycle.
The effect of the HashTonic
This lady has a gentle and functional effect, clear headed and muscle relaxing, leaving a feeling of contentment and playfulness before evolving into a warm relaxation that envelops the body, with a clear and reflective, slightly sedative finish. It reduces anxiety, paranoia and stress, giving the feeling of a hash plant in every way, but without the strong THC (and CBD) influence of modern kushes.
The smell and flavour of HashTonic
The unmistakable terpenes of roasted coffee, pine, moss, damp earth, hashish and freshly mown grass of the green phenotypes of ErdPurt dominate, but with sweeter, richer and less harsh flavours.
Contains mainly the following monoterpenes: trans-ocimene and alpha-pinene in moderately high amounts, moderate limonene content and beta-pinene and beta-myrcene to a lesser extent. Sesquiterpenes: moderately high levels of beta-caryophyllene and moderate-low levels of humulene, alpha-bisabolol and guaiol, with traces of trans-nerolidol.
