Dos Si Dos by Seeds66 is a strain whose reputation was built in the US long before it reached our catalogue. This feminised line combines the best of Girl Scout Cookies and Face Off OG: rock-hard, resin-soaked buds and an effect that clearly sits in the “very strong” category. With THC levels in the 27–32 % range, Dos Si Dos is made for growers and consumers who know what they are looking for and treat potent genetics with respect.

Origin & Seeds66 selection
Dos Si Dos was originally created in the US by pairing Girl Scout Cookies with Face Off OG – two lines that are known for their rich flavour and heavy resin production. Girl Scout Cookies contributes the dessert-like, cookie-style notes and the tendency towards purple hues, while Face Off OG brings the unmistakable Kush body effect and serious potency to the mix.
For the Seeds66 version we selected phenotypes that consistently deliver this profile: compact plants with solid side branches, a very dense trichome layer and a clearly indica-leaning effect. In our own test runs we focused on lines that achieve these traits under realistic conditions – not just in idealised lab setups, but in normal indoor grow rooms where stable behaviour over several cycles really matters.
Growth & cultivation
Thanks to its Kush background, Dos Si Dos is straightforward to handle in the grow room. Indoors she usually reaches around 80–120 cm, with a strong central cola and several highly productive side branches. A slightly acidic irrigation range around pH 6.0–6.2 has proven effective in many systems, and towards the end of flowering the relative humidity should be held clearly below 55 % to keep the thick buds safe from mould.
Indoors you can realistically aim for 450–500 g/m² if light, climate and feeding are dialled in. Outdoors, grown in a sunny, sheltered spot, Dos Si Dos will typically stay around 150 cm and can deliver up to 500 g per plant. As temperatures drop during the last part of the flowering phase some phenotypes respond with deep purple colours, adding to the already impressive bag appeal.
Seeds66 tip: Give Dos Si Dos plenty of light and strong but gentle air movement around the top colas. A light defoliation pass in week three to four of flowering opens up the canopy, lowers humidity between the buds and helps those thick tops ripen all the way through. From mid-flower onwards, a moderate PK boost is helpful – just keep overall EC in a range your plants can comfortably handle.
Aroma & terpenes
Dos Si Dos smells exactly like you would expect from its heritage: a mix of sweet, doughy cookie notes layered over a dense, earthy base with hints of pine and citrus. Once you break the buds apart, the aroma intensifies and many growers describe a creamy sweetness with subtle floral spice and a faint minty edge in the background.
In terms of terpenes, this line is often associated with limonene, myrcene, beta-caryophyllene and linalool. In practice that means a sweet, citrus-driven entry supported by spicy, earthy and slightly floral tones. In the joint or vaporiser Dos Si Dos feels thick and oily without being harsh, and leaves a long-lasting dessert-style aftertaste on the palate.
Effect
The effect of Dos Si Dos is, quite simply, intense. With THC levels around 27–32 %, this is a strain where small amounts go a long way. Many users report a fast, euphoric onset: thoughts feel lighter, the day-to-day noise moves into the background and the mood lifts clearly without becoming jittery.
Very soon the indica side takes control: the body relaxes deeply, muscles let go and the sofa suddenly feels like the most logical place to be. This heavy physical component makes Dos Si Dos a clear evening strain or a choice for times when there are no plans left on the calendar. If you push the dosage too far, you are quickly in “eyes closed and gone” territory.
Some people use this type of profile to downshift after demanding days, release physical tension or drift off more easily. These are personal experiences and never a substitute for medical advice or treatment, but they illustrate how Dos Si Dos can feel in real-world use.
Seeds66 stance
Dos Si Dos is a strain that shows very clearly how well a grow setup is tuned: when climate and feeding are on point she rewards you with dense, sparkling buds; if you overdo it, she will let you know just as clearly. At Seeds66 we only keep lines in our range that hold up across several independent runs and don’t just shine once under perfect conditions.
Our basic rule of thumb: a strain remains part of the Seeds66 line-up only if it combines raw strength with behaviour you can rely on over time.
