Snow Ryder Automatic has, firstly, the ability to flower on its own, and secondly, its glistening, spectacular frost-like resins that form on the numerous buds. Resin crystals that cover the mature buds like a blanket of snow. The onset of flowering of the autoflowering cannabis plant is determined by the age of the plant rather than the cycle of (sun)light, and this tendency gives Snow Ryder a number of growing advantages both indoors and outdoors.
The growth of Snow Ryder Automatic
White Label's Snow Ryder Automatic cannabis seeds are 75% indica, with sativa and ruderalis genetics. This results in a cannabis strain that is compact and easy to cultivate, while providing a deep, intense full-body high.
It is an autoflowering variant. This means that flowering takes place at a predetermined time, regardless of the light cycles. It is therefore much easier to cultivate, as it is clear when the plants will flower. And the flowering period? It usually lasts around 55 to 65 days, which is slightly longer than with other autoflowering varieties. However, the vegetation period is short, so the entire life cycle is not too prolonged.
As with many indica-dominant strains, Snow Ryder Auto is relatively compact. Normally, the plants do not grow taller than 120 cm, regardless of whether they are cultivated indoors or outdoors. They can be kept even smaller indoors if required; some growers state that they have successfully limited the plant's growth to just 40 cm. However, it is important to note that this is not a small cannabis strain.
White Label Snow Ryder plants are robust and somewhat compact, which is normal for indica-dominant varieties. The internodes are close together and the flowers have a uniquely frosty, crystallized appearance. They are often white, but sometimes almost amber in color.
For an auto variety, Snow Ryder offers very good yields. When cultivated indoors, it is not uncommon for the plants to produce around 450 grams per m2. Outdoors, the results are less abundant, but growers can still achieve around 200 grams per plant if harvesting takes place before the beginning of September.
The plants thrive in the sunny summer months, but as a robust autoflowering strain, they also survive in more temperate climates. It can be grown indoors all year round.
The effect of Snow Ryder Automatic
The strong indica genetics are immediately apparent when consumed. Although it is an autoflowering strain, it produces a fairly strong high that is relaxing and calming. Consumers report feeling a sense of calm and well-being in body and mind. However, the strain also has an invigorating effect due to the sativa influence.
Smell and taste of Snow Ryder Automatic
The smell is pleasantly earthy and spicy, with a touch of sweet lemon. There is also a hint of damp earth. This smell becomes stronger and spicier when the buds are harvested. In terms of taste, the citrus note and the tart earthy aroma come through.
