As you can surely see from our own Seeds66 range, American varieties are in the Trent. Greenhouse Seeds is also following this path and is launching a new crossbreed with the Bubba Slush.
The Bubba Slush is a cross between a Pre 98 Bubba Kush and the Gelato, which is popular in America. The Bubba Slush combines the best of both varieties in a balanced hybrid. The soft and creamy gelato aromas with the subtle coffee aroma of the Pre 98 Bubba Kush.
The growth of the Bubba Slush
Like most Kush strains, Bubbas Slush grows bushy and stocky. It should not exceed 100 cm indoors, while outdoors it can grow up to 170 cm high. The flowering time is around 9 weeks indoors, outdoors it is harvested at the end of October. Thanks to its gelato genes, the Bubba Slush also has very good resin production. The flowers are hard and compact, typical of a Kush variety. At the end of the flowering period, the color can change from a deep green to a darker color.
The yield of the Bubba Slush is impressive. Like most American strains, Bubba Slush is suitable for commercial cultivation. Under optimal conditions in hydro systems with the SoG method, yields of up to 650 grams per square meter can be produced. Outdoors you can expect a yield of up to 800 grams per plant.
The effect of the Bubba Slush
The effects of Bubba Slush are typical of an indica variety. It provides a very strong physical "stoned feeling" that invites you to relax on the sofa. No wonder with a THC content of up to 23%. Amazingly, the mind stays clear while you snuggle into the sofa.
Taste and smell of the Bubba Slush
The first puffs are reminiscent of a coffee latte, creamy with a touch of earthiness. Then the creamy taste of the gelato comes through and complements the taste experience. Very pleasant and mild to smoke.
