Franco`s Lemon Cheese was created as a tribute to Arjan's right hand man Franvo Loja who died at the beginning of 2017. It is a genetic blend of two of his very favourite cannabis strains viz. Exodus Cheese and Super Lemon Cheese. All profits will be donated to a fund which will be donated to his children for educational purposes.
Franco`s Lemon Cheese is a 60% sativa strain that is a medium to tall plant with long branches such that its structure is suitable for both SCROG and LST (low stress training) cultivation methods. Indoors this strain will take between 9 - 11 weeks to flower with very good yields of up to 750 gr/m2. It can take a medium to strong feeding regime with EC values up to 2.2 in hydroponic systems and 1.8 in soil. We always recommend to flush the medium a few times during the cycle and for 10-14 days at the end of the flowering period.
If grown outdoors in the northern hemisphere harvest will take place during the month of November with very good yields of as much as 1000 gr/plant. The area of cultivation will of necessity be restricted to warm or temperate climate regions where the winter weather will not have set in too early preventing a successful maturation. In this environment these plants will grow tall and its branches will need to be provided with some form of support to prevent them snapping.
The perfume is extremely lemony and its flavour is very reminiscent of cheese on the exhale. THC production is high at 21.58% with low CBD of 0.6%. The effect is potent with great social energy - great for parties and other gatherings of the like-minded. It also has therapeutic uses in terms of pain relief and appetite stimulation.
