Ay Wappa!... Caramba is a fast-flowering indica exotic that introduces a purple accent to the Wappa family from Paradise Seeds. She has a big character with an improved taste, high yields and high THC levels (24% THC). Caramba is ready for harvest after 55-60 days and delivers really fat yields!
Caramba is a cross between Wappa x Gelato 33, which means that it has all the award-winning attributes of Paradise's most popular hybrid, complemented by additional resin, improved flavor and more potency from an especially sticky and sweet Gelato phenotype. The result is an exotic hybrid with exceptional stability and all-round properties.
This strain will delight the many fans already seduced by the original Wappa, Tangerine Sorbet and Mendocino Skunk, and will please those discovering the Wappa family for the first time.
The growth of the Caramba
Indoor: Plants in the Wappa family are known for being easy to cultivate. Novices can rest assured that Caramba is forgiving of a lack of experience, while more experienced growers can maximize its full potential. When grown indoors, she is a medium-sized plant that can easily fit in most grow rooms. The breeding team recommends some pruning to reveal the bud sites and avoid overproduction at the top. They also recommend “lollipopping” the plant at 5 weeks into flowering to remove the lower branches below 30 cm.
The buds are dense and hard, and the presentation is a real eye-catcher after curing. A fascinating variety of violet, pink, white and green tones are hidden under a shiny layer of trichomes.
Its yield is 600 grams per m² indoors and it reaches a height of about 100 cm.
Outdoors: Like all plants in the Wappa family, this strain performs exceptionally well in a range of climates, temperatures and altitudes. It is extremely versatile, very resistant and responds well to outdoor growing systems. The further south the plant is grown, the larger the buds will be. However, even in cooler climates, the yield and resistance to temperatures will be impressive. Outdoors, it can produce yields of up to 900 grams per plant.
The effect of Caramba
Although this hybrid has a slight indica dominance, there is no “couchlock” that overcomes you. Instead, it is an invigorating pleasure with the kind of energy kick that can liven up an evening with friends, but is equally good for stimulating creative thoughts at home. For this reason, she is an excellent “lady for the day”!
Her invigorating energy can support people who are haunted by dark thoughts. Her mood-enhancing effect can provide relief with this strain. Furthermore, this strain has appetite-boosting properties.
Smell and taste of Caramba
True to the Wappa tradition, there is the unmistakable skunky base that is particularly noticeable when this plant grows.
The aroma is intense, and her limonene-heavy terpene profile carries an orange-citrus pungency, though it is more discreet than the grow room “stink bomb” associated with the original Wappa. When dried, the buds retain the skunky/citrus scent. The flavor offers much more detail with its balanced profile of strawberry and orange with diesel notes.
