The base of Banana Kush Auto is a selected Banana Kush clone that we combined with our Seeds66 Ruderalis. The mother contributes the tropical banana profile and the clear indica focus, while the Ruderalis side adds the automatic life cycle and a tight overall runtime. The goal was a line that feels like a real Banana Kush in the jar but is considerably easier to handle from seed to harvest.
In our own test runs in California we focused on plants that consistently delivered three things: compact structure, a clear banana aroma and an effect that stays close to the photoperiod version. Only phenotypes that showed this combination repeatedly under similar conditions made it into the final line.
