Blueberry from Seeds66 shows its character early: broad, dark leaves, a compact frame and a light berry note that appears before full bloom. The line goes back to Afghan, Thai and Purple Thai landraces, and their influence is clear in the dense flower structure, colour shifts and the recognisable fruit-forward aroma. Our selection is built to keep these traits consistent while running reliably in modern indoor and outdoor setups.
The result is a Blueberry that grows steadily, matures evenly and keeps its typical profile across different environments. With THC levels in the 19–24 % range it is on the stronger side, yet the overall effect remains calm and body-oriented when approached with sensible dosing.

Origin and Seeds66 selection
Blueberry was originally assembled from Afghan indica, Thai landrace material and Purple Thai. This mix explains the characteristic colour range, the dense, resin-heavy buds and the distinct berry-driven aroma. Over the years it has influenced many hybrids and remains one of the clearest examples of a fruit-dominant indica-leaning line.
For the Seeds66 version we concentrated on compact, stable phenotypes with clear berry notes and a harvest window that stays predictable in real-world conditions. During our internal test runs in California we selected plants that showed consistent trichome coverage, uniform bud formation and a flowering time that stayed on schedule across different light intensities and feeding levels.
Growth and cultivation
Blueberry builds a low, broad structure with short internodes, which naturally leads to dense plants with strong side branches. Indoors she usually finishes between 80 and 120 cm in height, while outdoors she can reach up to around 200 cm if provided with enough soil and light.
Where this strain shines: in environments where heat stays under control and the canopy is kept slightly open so light and airflow can reach all levels consistently.
Indoors, the flowering period sits at roughly 50–65 days. Outdoors she tends to finish from late September to mid-October. Blueberry handles nutrients well but can develop very dark foliage and reduced stretch if pushed too hard for too long. Moderate feeding and clean watering routines usually produce firm, aromatic buds without becoming overly compact.
Seeds66 tip:
Giving Blueberry a bit more time in early bloom and gently opening the side branches helps tops and lower buds to mature more evenly. Reducing nutrients slightly during the last days of flowering often results in a clearer, more defined berry tone.
Aroma and terpenes
Blueberry carries a pronounced mix of sweet forest berries, ripe blueberry notes and a soft creamy background. Many phenotypes lean on Myrcene, Caryophyllene and Pinene, which together support the fruit-heavy nose and the calm, grounding undertone. The aroma builds steadily during flowering and becomes fuller and rounder after drying and curing.
Effects
The effect reflects its indica dominance: warm, relaxing and mainly body-focused. At first there is usually a gentle uplift in mood, followed by a deeper physical calm as the session continues. With THC levels around 19–24 % it is a potent line, but remains manageable when treated with respect.
Seeds66 philosophy
Blueberry reacts very honestly to its surroundings. Colour, resin production and bud density clearly show how well light, airflow and nutrition are balanced. At Seeds66 we keep lines that stay reliable across multiple runs instead of only looking good in a single ideal scenario. Blueberry met that expectation and therefore remains a permanent part of our catalogue.

Frequently asked questions about Blueberry (fem.)
1. Is Blueberry suitable for newer growers?
Yes. It is robust and forgiving, as long as the higher THC range is taken into account.
2. Does Blueberry always show blue or purple colours?
No. Colour shifts depend on phenotype and cooler temperatures towards the end of bloom.
3. Is Blueberry better indoors or outdoors?
Both options work. Indoors you have more control, outdoors the plant can fully stretch and build its structure.
4. How is Blueberry (fem.) different from Blueberry Auto?
The feminized version is controlled by the light schedule and tends to produce higher yields, while Blueberry Auto follows a fixed life cycle and stays more compact.
5. How strong is the smell during flowering?
The berry aroma is clearly noticeable. For indoor grows a carbon filter is strongly recommended.
